The registration fee is refundable. This page explains exactly when it comes back to you and the few cases where it does not.
Your registration fee is returned together with your first payout once the assigned pages are submitted within the project window and pass quality review.
If we cancel or cannot allot your project for any reason on our side, the full fee is refunded within 5-7 working days.
If you cancel before your work material is dispatched, the fee is refunded in full. Write to us from the Support page with your Order ID.
Work not submitted within the stated window, or abandoned after material was dispatched.
Printed, photocopied or plagiarised submissions, and registrations made with false identity details.
Refunds are sent to the same UPI ID or bank account used for payment. Please keep your payment screenshot and UTR until the refund is credited.
